The Torus Modern profile is hugely popular and is a consistent top seller. There are many variations of this classic skirting board moulding on the market.  For us, essentially the curved part of the profile is more prominent, and there is a greater groove into the board underneath this rounded curve, which also helps to emphasise the rounded curve in the design.

Please note the profile size remains the same, regardless of the width you choose.  As the width increases, so does the size of the ‘flat’ of the board beneath the profile.

In addition, the profile positioning on the board will vary between a 15mm, 18mm and 25mm depth of board.

The main cover image shows the profile at 95mm high x 18mm thick.

Another variation of Torus design we offer is the Torus Traditional Architrave..  This profile has a less prominent curve and a smaller kick-back groove underneath it - so as the profile name suggests, its overall look is more traditional.  

If you are mulling over the Torus profiles, it may be worth considering the Torus 324 Architrave which  is more similar to the Torus Traditional Architrave, with an additional line of detail above the main curve of profile.
