Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to return goods if they are faulty, or not as described.

When buying many goods online, you have an additional right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations to change your mind and obtain a full refund but that right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications.  All of the goods we sell are custom made to your specifications and therefore legally, once you have submitted your order, you have no right to cancel.
