Pencil Round Architrave is highly simple but effective soft sloping round-edged profile and is a consistent favourite.  It is easy to paint or gloss and maintain and appeals to end consumers and builders alike.   It is another versatile profile, able to compliment any interior style and has the advantage of being able to support any other style of Skirting Board without compromising any overall appearance.

Please note the profile size remains the same, regardless of the width you choose.  As the width increases, so does the size of the ‘flat’ of the board beneath the profile.

The main cover image shows the profile at 95mm high x 18mm thick.

You may wish to consider another profile which is very similar - yet distinctly different - Bullnose Small Architrave  which has a slightly less sloping roundness to its profile than that of the Pencil Round profile.
