Our Half Round Scotia Wall Panelling Cap is usually used at the top of Shaker Style Wall Panelling to give a neat transition from the top of the Wall Panelling to where it meets the wall.  Please select the respective rebate option so that it covers the Projection of the Wall Panelling that it sits on.  We would suggest leaving and absolute minimum of 4mm on the bottom of the board, before the rebate starts.

The main cover image shows the profile at 30mm Height (Vertical measurement) x 45mm Projection (Horizontal measurement) with a 12mm x 12mm rebate.

The profile itself is 20mm in projection. 

No Rebate - 24mm is lowest Projection. This will give you 4mm flat at the bottom.

6mm x 6mm Rebate - 30mm is lowest Projection. This will give you 4mm flat at the bottom.

9mm x 9mm Rebate - 33mm is lowest Projection. This will give you 4mm flat at the bottom.

12mm x 12mm Rebate - 36mm is lowest Projection. This will give you 4mm flat at the bottom.

15mm x 15mm Rebate - 39mm is lowest Projection. This will give you 4mm flat at the bottom.

18mm x 18mm Rebate - 42mm is lowest Projection. This will give you 4mm flat at the bottom.

Please note that you may need to cut 100mm from each end of your length to remove moulding  flutter.  We leave this on to protect the ends of the boards during transit and it means that your ordered length has more chance of being intact on arrival.
