We offer our customers 2 delivery and 2 collection options. You will receive an email the day before your order is due to be delivered, or on the day it is ready for collection. We would always advise customers not to book a fitter for your products until you have received or collected your delivery and checked them over.
STANDARD PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Our Standard Delivery service provides delivery within 4 to 7 working days, the day after placing your order (deliveries to the Highlands and Islands may take slightly longer). Deliveries are made between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday - Friday. The cost of the service is dependent on weight and is charged at (excluding VAT):
- Under 100kg £39.95
- 100kg - 200kg £49.95
- 200kg - 350kg £69.95
- 350kg and over £99.95
EXPRESS PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Our Express Production & Delivery service provides delivery within 1 to 3 working days, the day after placing your order (deliveries to the Highlands and Islands may take slightly longer). Deliveries are made between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday - Friday. The additional charge for this service will be £100.00 (excluding VAT). Please be aware all orders must be placed before 12 noon.
Any orders placed on a Friday should be delivered the following Tuesday / Wednesday. All orders made on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday for delivery on Wednesday / Thursday.

DELIVERY CONSIDERATIONS
All delivery services could be made by a small lorry or a van so it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. If there is likely to be a problem, e.g. the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width restriction, it is within a “Red Route” or there are any time zone restrictions please inform us at the time of the order to discuss alternative delivery options.
All the delivery methods are made to kerb side due to insurance guidelines so please arrange for adequate help to carry goods into your property. We will require a person over the age of 18 to sign for goods as proof of receipt. Although we recommend you sign for your own goods, it is not required that the signature be from the specified recipient.
Please be aware that we deliver to UK mainland (with additional surcharges for Scottish Highlands and other UK Islands and Ireland, which unfortunately our website cannot automatically calcuate). In this case, please contact us directly for a specific quote - ideally ahead of placing your order, or immediately afterwards. .
We are experiencing some delays with our courier partner, with around 5% of customers experiencing unexpected delivery delays which are beyond our control. We are doing everything we can to minimise the impact of this, however we would reiterate that we recommend not to book a fitter for your products until you have received your order.
SIGNING FOR YOUR DELIVERY
On delivery of your goods, please inspect the contents and only sign if you are 100% satisfied with their condition. If you are unable to do this, or are in any doubt, please sign for the goods and itemise the products that are damaged. If you discover damage to your products (or are missing any items) please contact us within 48 hours so that we can act accordingly to resolve any issues. Beyond this timeframe, regrettably we are unable to remedy any problems.
