For a professional finish, Dado Moulding is designed to be used in conjunction with Raised & Fielded MDF and Tongue and Groove MDF wall panels. It has a flat, neat finish and can be painted or varnished as required, creating the look and feel of classic panelling at a fraction of the time and without the need of a joiner.

This Dado moulding is the perfect finishing touch to your MDF wall panels. 

The main cover image shows the profile Height of 55mm (Vertical measurement) x 15mm Projection (Horizontal measurement) with a 6mm x 6mm rebate.   The second image shows the profile Height of 55mm (Vertical measurement) x 22mm Projection (Horizontal measurement) with a 12mm x 12mm rebate.

Please select the respective rebate option so that it covers the projection of the Wall Panelling that it sits on.  

No Rebate - 15mm is lowest width. This will give you 10mm flat at the bottom.

6mm x 6mm Rebate - 15mm is lowest width. This will give you 0mm flat at the bottom.

9mm x 9mm Rebate - 18mm is lowest width. This will give you 0mm flat at the bottom.

12mm x 12mm Rebate - 22mm is lowest width. This will give you 0mm flat at the bottom.

15mm x 15mm Rebate - 25mm is lowest width. This will give you 0mm flat at the bottom.

Please note that you may need to cut 100mm from each end of your length to remove moulding  flutter.  We leave this on to protect the ends of the boards during transit and it means that your ordered length has more chance of being intact on arrival.
