Our 38mm x 25mm Picture Rail is very popular.  Whilst it is often used for this, it can also be used at the base or top of a column, or to add additional impressive decorative trim / framing detail to doors, ceilings and furniture.  It is 38mm High (Vertical measurement) with a 25mm Projection (Horizontal measurement).  The Standard rebate at the bottom of the image is 5mm High (Vertical measurement) and 9mm Projection (Horizontal measurement). 

We also offer 38mm x 21mm Picture Rail which has a profile Height of 38mm (Vertical measurement) and an 21mm Projection (Horizontal measurement).
