Our 35mm x 15mm Astragal Small Dado Rail, sometimes known as Double Astragal, is usually used for creating Beading Boxes on walls, either above or below our matching 45mm x 18mm Astragal Large Dado Rail.  Whilst it is often used for this, it can also be used at the base or top of a column, or to add additional impressive decorative trim / framing detail to doors, ceilings and furniture.  It is moulded with a profile Height of 35mm and a 15mm Projection. 

Please note that you may need to cut 100mm from each end of your dado rails to remove moulding flutter.  We leave this on to protect the ends of the boards during transit and it means that your ordered length has more chance of being intact on arrival.  

We also offer 45mm x 18mm Astragal Large Dado Rail which has a profile Height of 45mm and an 18mm Projection and an 50mm x 25mm Astragal Extra Large Dado Rail which has a profile Height of 50mm and an 25mm Projection.
