Our Astragal Mini Wall Panelling, sometimes known as Double Astragal, is usually used for creating Beading Boxes on walls, either above or below our matching Astragal Large Dado Rail or Astragal Small Wall Panelling.  It is also sometimes used to create the inner box of a double wall panelling box, alongside our matching 35mm x 18mm Astragal Small Wall Panelling. 

Whilst it is often used for this, it can also be used at the base or top of a column, or to add additional impressive decorative trim / framing detail to doors, ceilings and furniture.  It is moulded with a profile Height of 21mm and a 10mm Projection. 

We also offer an Astragal Large Dado Rail which has a profile Height of 45mm and a 18mm Projection and an Astragal Small Wall Panelling which has a profile Height of 35mm and a 15mm Projection.

Please note that you may need to cut 100mm from each end of your picture rails to remove moulding flutter.  We leave this on to protect the ends of the boards during transit and it means that your ordered length has more chance of being intact on arrival.
